Retro C Statistics: Definitions and Reset Behavior

The statistics panel in the lower-right corner of the Retro C interface summarizes production since the counters were last cleared. Use these values to compare output across shifts or jobs.

Statistics Definitions

  • Brd: Number of boards cut since Clear Stats was last pressed.
  • BrdFT: Total linear board feet cut since the statistics were last cleared.
  • Pcs/Hr: Average boards cut per hour while the machine was actively running and cutting. Idle powered-on time is not included in the same way as active production time.
  • MT: Machine time—the accumulated time the machine was actively moving or operating. It is not the total time that the machine was powered on.
  • SS: Average number of boards produced per saw setup since the statistics were last cleared.

Clear the Counters

Press Clear Stats to reset all displayed counters to zero. Record the values first if they are needed for shift, job, or maintenance reporting. Clearing the statistics does not change calibration or machine settings.

If a value appears inconsistent, confirm when the counters were last cleared and whether the machine was actively cutting during the period being reviewed.
