Linear PickLine – Lumber Kicker Examples

Before You Begin

Confirm the machine model and the component or screen being serviced. Record the original condition so the result can be compared after the procedure.

If your facility’s PickLine must be configured to feed lumber from the left, a kicker must be installed.

One customer fabricated and installed a perpendicular roller device that pushes the pieces against the edge line on the incline conveyor.

Confirm the Result

Recheck the completed work against the article, restore the machine through the approved startup procedure, and confirm the expected result in a controlled test before returning to production.

If the issue remains, record the exact on-screen message, affected component, indicator-light state, and the last change made. Provide those details to Enventek Technical Support; do not repeatedly recalibrate or replace parts without identifying the cause.
