When wiring up the Stationary or Carriage panels this is how the wires are typically connected.
NOTE: Some VC1s may have additional wires in one or multiple slots.
Stationary & Carriage Panel
VFD
- Blue → SG+
- White → SG-
- Yellow → ACM
- Orange → AI1
- Green → FWD
- Red → REV
- Black → DI3
- Brown → DCM (Either one)
VC1
- Yellow → 0V
- Brown → 0V
- Orange → VOUT+
- White → RS485-
- Blue → RS485+
- Black → 03 (GND)
- Red → 02 (GND)
- Green → 01 (GND)
Pickline Panel
VC1
- Yellow → 0V
- Brown → 0V
- Orange → VOUT+
- White → RS485-
- Blue → RS485+
- Black → 03 (GND) (Only Used on DR4, NOT USED on DR1,DR2,DR3)
- Red → 02 (GND)
- Green → 01 (GND)
