Tighten the Chain

The material feed chain tension should be adjusted so that the chain doesn’t bind up or hook something when backing up around the sprocket.

We recommend that the chain should be tight enough that it can’t be lifted more than 1/4” above the incline guide.

The amount of tension applied should be split evenly between the two 3/4 nuts in the center of the material feed conveyor.
