Blade Alignment Reference

This image identifies the blade-alignment fasteners for trained service personnel. Blade alignment affects cut accuracy and can create a serious hazard if adjusted incorrectly.

Important: Contact Enventek Technical Support before making this adjustment. This article is intentionally a reference—not a complete alignment procedure—because the correct measurement and adjustment sequence depends on the machine condition.

Fastener Reference

  • Four 3/4-inch bolts secure the assembly.
  • The 9/16-inch jam nuts lock the adjustment.
  • A 3/8-inch open-end wrench is used on the adjustment set bolts.
  • After alignment is confirmed, torque the four 3/4-inch bolts to 75 ft-lb.

Lock out the machine and verify that stored energy is controlled before touching the blade assembly. After any authorized adjustment, rotate and inspect the assembly by hand as directed by Enventek support, reinstall all guards, and verify cut quality with a controlled test before production.
