Foot Pedal issue

Conveyor running forward or acting strange when the machine is controlled by servo.

The foot pedal can cause issues with the VC1 and VFD where they can’t move backwards if the button is stuck in a strange state.

An example of the issue is caused when the saw computer requests the infeed conveyor to move backwards and the infeed conveyor then moves immediately forwards or the front conveyor moves forwards all the time even when the pedal is off.

Check both the front and rear pedal terminals for a bad snap action contact. Both of or Pedals have an extra contact (unused) that can be swapped until an extra one is sent for replacement.
