Teknic Motor power supply

Below is an image of a teknic motor power supply. When it is successfully working and sending power to the motors there is a green led that is located in the corner of the board next to the motor power wires. In this example it is in the top left corner of the image below.
If the power supply has a power issue the Info light will indicate with an amber light which is in the center top of the image.
The final failure of this power supply could be if the fuse is bliwn which is a 8A 250v Fast acting fuse.

The power supply has polarity protection and short protection.

The best way to diagnose the power supply is to disconnect the power from the unit wait 30 seconds for the capacitors to drain. (All lights must be off)
Then disconnect any motor wires and provide power to the power supply again. If the info light turns off then the problem is a short in the wiring going to the motor.
You can also check the power by testing the output of the power supply with a volt meter it should be at 70-75VDC power.

If there are no power lights going to the power supply check the connector going into the power supply for power. A breaker protects this power supply and it could be kicked.

If there is proper power to the motor then the back of the motor should have either a green light or an amber one depending on the state of the motor see the below image.

These use molex connectors to connect to the motors If one of the pins is not fully pressed into the molex connector on either the motor or the power supply then power will not be able to be applied.
